It’s one time too many. Since last week, metro B has already had its third technical breakdown. This morning, again, the line no longer runs. Users are stuck in trains and the resumption of traffic is only estimated at 12:30 p.m.
Asked by Lyon news on September 14, about these repeated incidents, the operator of the TCL network, Keolis, assured that the new line was “very reliable and secure” and that they had in particular “been unlucky in recent weeks”.
“What the hell is this line! »
On the side of the users, it does not pass any more. “What the hell is this line! We’re stuck in the metro, we can’t breathe! Learn to do your job properly,” tweeted a passenger on the line this morning.
“Hey TCL, paying 65 euros per month for a metro B that breaks down 1 day out of two is not going to be possible in fact”, wrote another person on the same social network.
Angry testimonies are pouring in. One of them, with video support, has kept all Info TCL text messages notifying him of a metro breakdown since July 7. And the list is very long…
Pending the resumption of traffic, relay buses are available to users between Part-Dieu and Oullins.
